We chose HVF because they are a family run business and all round nice people. They answered all our questions and told us exactly what to expect when it came to pricing in the best and worst case scenario. Aiden, Tori and the whole team were so friendly and efficient and we absolutely love the end result. The hardest thing in the whole process was choosing a colour! Aidan was so helpful start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. He came around a few times to give us advice on removing the existing flooring, and how to best remediate it for him. On the day of install there were a few hiccups with our house not being level, so they gave us our options and worked to resolve the issue. I absolutley love our floor and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
